By accessing or using HostEcho.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

HostEcho.ai provides an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist service for hospitality businesses. Our service uses artificial intelligence to automatically respond to WhatsApp messages on behalf of your venue.

3. Subscription Plans

Essential Plan (IDR 1.45M/month ≈ $97 USD)

• Immediate payment required upon signup
• 30-day money-back guarantee
• Billing begins immediately
• Monthly or yearly billing available
• Up to 1,000 messages per month

Professional Plan (IDR 4M/month ≈ $267 USD)

• 7-day free trial
• No payment required during trial
• Automatic billing after trial ends unless cancelled
• Monthly or yearly billing available (save 20% on yearly)
• Unlimited messages
• Multi-location discounts available

Founding Member Pricing

The first 50 venues receive founding member rates that lock in forever and never increase. After 50 venues, prices return to regular rates.

4. Billing and Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly)
• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with USD approximations
• Yearly subscriptions save 20% and are paid upfront
• You are responsible for all charges associated with your account
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Currency exchange rates may vary

5. Cancellation Policy

Essential Plan

You may cancel within 30 days of signup for a full refund. After 30 days, you may cancel anytime, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period. Service continues until the end of the paid period.

Professional Plan

During the 7-day trial: Cancel anytime with no charge.
After trial period: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No refund for current billing period. Service continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Refund Policy

• Essential Plan: 30-day money-back guarantee from signup date
• Professional Plan: No refunds after trial period ends
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Resell or redistribute our service
• Use the service to harass or harm others

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party providers (WhatsApp, Stripe, hosting providers, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

HostEcho.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue or business opportunities
• AI-generated responses that may be inaccurate
• Third-party service disruptions
• Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
